im sick. severely sick. grrrr... my cough condition has gone extremly out of control! i can't raise my left hand. im like half-paralized! connect? well my pectoralis major (that's the muscle on your chest) is aching everytime i excert force on my left hand. that is when i stand up from bed, i have to push myself using my right arm. I can't elevate my left hand more than 45 degrees from rest, i can't carry heavy objects using my left arm, i can't sleep leaning on my left; it's either right or flat--facing upward. and if i violate these, im in a state of sudden shock of pain. like having heart-attack. it's like pricking your heart with an arrow, not a needle, an ARROW! so painful! it's also as if my heart is in freeze mode. if i inhale so much air, my muscle hurts, and if i don't inhale air, i will die! aaaahhhh!! i told my friend, cese, that i have been having bad dreams lately. Once i dreamt, i was shot accidentally, and another time i was shot intentionally and both dreams i was shot at almost the same part of my body---near my shoulder. Cese then made her analysis that maybe i have a problem with my heart. She's right, i do have but i am not really certain what it is since i haven't gone through a general check or the like but for the past years, i've been experiencing chest pains and sudden constriction of my heart muscles or muscles ner the heart. anyway, my sister told me to do the "deep breathing" that is inhaling from the nose and breathing out through the mouth. haaaayzz.. i hope i won't be absent tomorrow. i don't want to miss my MW schedz, these are my heavy days and i just can't miss a subject coz it's prelims!

pray for my successful recuperation please... i need it badly.
